He is survived by: his son Gary Lee Metcalf (Brittany); his grandchildren, Aiden Lynn Metcalf, Bryson Lee Metcalf and Caidence Lynnlee Metcalf; his former wife Tammy Marie Knight; his siblings, Kathy Garrett (Tim), Jackie Metcalf (Beverly) and Robert Sharp (Dawn); and his close friends, Bill, Madonna Lewelling and Steve Milpause. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
