It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Louise Riggs (Sevierville, Tennessee), born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Johnnie Conatser; her husband John A. Riggs, Sr.; and her sister Francis Childress. She is survived by: her father John Conatser; her siblings, John Conatser, Kathy Darden, Linda Keller and Pinky Conatser; her children, John A Riggs, Jr. and Katherine Riggs Mohr; her grandchildren, Joshua Riggs, Courtnee Riggs, Bobby Miranda, Katie Miranda, Lindsey Miranda, Robyn Sutherland and Garrett Mohr; and her great grandchildren, Talin, Holden, Braxton, Jak, Knox, Oliver, Soran, Callie and Henry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
