She was predeceased by: her husband Doyle Shults; her parents, Beecher Bradley and Esther Lee Bradley; and her siblings, Glenn, Clarence, Wilbur Bradley and Ella Dunn.

She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Feezell Clevenger and LeAnn Shults-Williams; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lee Feezell Owens, Jordan Small and Wyatt Williams; her great grandchildren, Hunter and Halle Owens; and her sister Mary Lou Allen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
