He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Sanderson and Edna Sanderson; and his son Robert Sanderson. He is survived by: his wife Joan Sanderson; his daughter Leelan Whaley; his former wife Rena Sanderson; his children, Tara Lynn Sanderson and David Mitchell Sanderson; his grandchildren, Ashley Morgan Wilson and Vegas Whaley; his brother David Sanderson (Betty); his niece Amy Marie Simpson; and his nephew Kevin James Sanderson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
