With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florine Johnson of Sequatchie, Tennessee, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Sidney T. Johnson; her son Billy Joe Johnson; her parents, Oscar F. Layne and Kelly Jane Griffith Layne; and her sister Virgie Raulston.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Johnson of Sequatchie, Paul Johnson, Wilma Jones, Doris Jones of Warrior, AL, Percy Johnson of Scottsboro, AL and Cora Ann Odeneal of Holly Pond, AL. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
