She was predeceased by: her husband Laxton Lamar Gamblin; her son Eddie Dejuan Gamblin; her parents, David Mincey, and Helen Mincey, Sr.; and her siblings, Aileen, Sue Ricketts, Dillard, Leonard, Maynard, David, Jr., Freddie Ray, J. C., Larry and Lloyd Mincey.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Lamar Gamblin and James Edward Henry; and her siblings, Rickey Mincey and Charlotte Reed. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
