He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Fults Payne; his children, Ginger Lee Payne of Monteagle, Dana DeLee Payne Mobley (Rusty) of Rock Springs, Georgia and Bobby Lee Payne, II (Elizabeth) of Red Bank, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Whitney Smith (Matthew), Tyler Sweeton (Erica), Trinity Swanger (Adam), Braeden Payne (Kayla), Haley Gray (Logan Jones), Carley Buck (A. J.), Destiny Brown (Avery) and Ryley Mobley (Jacob Bond); and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Tallulah Smith, Kylie Grace, Sadie Michelle, Adan, Thorin Swanger, Theo, Lorraine, Jewel Sweeton, Lilliana and Milo Payne.
