He was predeceased by: his parents, Hullette Kidd and Eula Frazier Kidd; his sons, William, Keith and Chuck Kidd; and his brother Bill Tate.
He is survived by: his wife Shelia Kidd; and his children, Kathy Kidd, Jacob Kidd, Melissa Morris (Bill), Amanda South and Dana Scroggins (Sam). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.
