He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Locke and Josie Adele Sweat Locke; and his siblings, Johnny Locke, Donna Darlene Locke and Sue Teague.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Locke of Ramer, TN; his sons, Richard Paul Locke (Karen Beth) of Corinth, MS and Corey Locke (Kim) of Ramer, TN; his grandchildren, Cassie and Gage; and his siblings, Barry Locke (Anita) of Ramer, TN and Linda Locke of Arlington, TN. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
