He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irma Plunk Huggins and James Benny Huggins; his wife Whitney Murrah Latta; his daughters, Courtney Michelle Lands (Joe) and Shelby Leigh Huggins (Tim Whitlinger); his grandchildren, Ashtyn Lands and Sawyer Kate "Bitty" Lands; his brothers, James Stanley Huggins (Susan) and Ricky Wayne Huggins; his close friends, Greg, Gale Treece, Larry, Marilyn Smith, Debbie, Rich Henry and Jennie Anderson Kutrip; his grandparents, Daniel, Martha L. Plunk, Robert Lee and Nannie Cheshire Huggins; and his granddaughter Hadley Aaliyah Lands. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
