He is survived by: his wife Charlene Hawkins of Selmer, TN; his children, Gail Schultz (Larry) of Selmer, Lynn Hawkins (Sherry) of Farmer City, IL and Chris Hawkins of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Jeff Schultz (Rita) of Medina, TN, Jason Schultz (Jean) of Jackson, TN, Matthew Hawkins (Valerie) of Normal, IL and Adam Hawkins (Heather) of Bloomington, IL; his great grandchildren, Julianna Schultz, Jenna Schultz, Harper Hawkins, Will Hawkins, Jay Hawkins and Brooks Hawkins; and his siblings, Martha Hallman, Barbara Vos, James Hawkins and Kenneth Hawkins. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
