He was predeceased by: his parent Enloe Howell; his daughter Teressa Howell; and his siblings, Betty Tackett, Leslie Floyd "Bug", Ansel, Ervin, Leroy and Roger Howell.
He is survived by: his parent Essie Vaughn Howell; his children, Mary Sue Harbin of Selmer, TN, Shelia Dillon of Selmer, TN and Penny Howell of Selmer, TN; and his sisters, Rethel Miller of Jackson, TN and Gale Lowrance of Bethel Springs, TN. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
