He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben, Sr. BlackLance and Rowena Smith BlackLance. He is survived by: his wife Sandra BlackLance of Selmer, TN; his children, Misty Cross of Memphis, TN, Megan BlackLance of Nashville, TN and Jake Perry of Odessa, TX; his grandchildren, Veronica Martin (Bishop), Jakob Perry, Madison King, Ashelyn Perry, Mycal Perry and Kayden Cross; his great grandchildren, Branson O'Kert, Paisley Cross and Waylon Martin; and his siblings, Lori Lunderman of Rosebud Reservation, SD and Karl Kemp of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
