He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Prater and Maebelle Smothers Prater; and his daughter Deborah Prater. He is survived by: his wife Linda Prater (Hicks) of Selmer, TN; his sons, Jamie Prater of Doniphan, MO and Tim Taylor of Morris Chapel, TN; and his grandchildren, Carissa Prater of Doniphan, MO, Cole Prater of Doniphan, MO, Dee Dee Klaassen of Adamsville, TN, Colton Taylor of Martin, TN and Cheyenne Davis of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
