He is survived by: his children, Chase Poindexter (Felecia), Jeremy Poindexter (Jessica) and Shellie King; his grandchildren, Alan, Monty, Garrett, Carleigh, Isabelle and Lillian; and his siblings, Reggie Poindexter and Diane Wooten (Gilbert).
