He is survived by: his wife Dolores Ortiz Franks of Selmer, TN; his children, Lisa Ellis (Aaron), Dwayne Franks (Deanna), Tony Bridges (Melissa), Ruben Ortiz (Reyna) and Simon Ortiz; his siblings, Connie Burchfield of Senatobia, Wilma Whitaker of Booneville and Earl Franks (Renea); and his grandchildren, Weston Franks, Olivia Pannell, Reyna Lee, Moses, Elexus, Rose, Jerry, Ruben-Lee, Kalena, Priscilla Ortiz, Justin, Jordan Bridges and Jesse O'Dell. He is also survived by 6 great-great grandchildren.
