He is survived by: his mother Deborah Fay Lowrance Howell of Middleton; his sons, Chad Howell (Angela) of Middleton and Corey Howell (Dana) of Selmer; and his siblings, Patricia Johnston of Corinth, MS, Larry Howell of Pocahontas, Jimmy of Middleton, Danny Howell of Middleton and Ricky Howell of Selmer. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
