She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Smith and Martha Smith; and her husband Tommy Cherry. She is survived by: her daughter Leanne Wood of Auburn; her grandchildren, Luke Wood (Victoria) of Creedmoor and Lydia Carraway (Koy) of Birmingham; her great grandchild Callen Carraway; her brother Dr. Jamie Smith (Sherry); and her friends, Lori Stiegmann and Elaine Thomas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitors are requested to wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines when attending the visitation or service.
