He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Melton and Evelyn Melton; his wife Shirley Smith Melton; and his brother Harold Melton. He is survived by: his sisters, Magdalene Harris and Jennie Kyle of Little Rock; his daughter Debbie Webb (Silas Webb) of Stantonville; his grandchildren, Stacy Reaves (George) of Jenks, Charlie Webb (Gina) of Columbia and Stephanie Webb of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; and his great grandchildren, Bessie Reaves, Nicholas Webb, Camille and Claire Reaves.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Mt. Vinson Cemetery fund.
