She is survived by: her parent Mamie Mitchell Phillips; her daughter Dianne Chapell (Russ); her grandchildren, Teresa Pilley and Tracy Chapell; and her great grandchildren, Chris Brown, Justin Chapell and Austin Robbins. She is also survived by seven great-great grandchildren; and a host of several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
