With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Maxedon (Selmer, Tennessee), who passed away on May 4, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Counce and Tennie Counce; her husband P. J. Maxedon (Pitts Jones); her brothers, Norvel Counce and Gene Counce; and her son-in-law William Gary Kerby.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Maxedon and Terrie Kerby (late Gary); her great grandchild Bree Barry (Beckett Barry); and her grandchildren, Brandice Searcy (Jaxson), Tammy Moorman (Todd), Jill Gray (Jimmy), Kerby Gray (Lilly), Kaitlyn Davis (Josh), Kensley McMahan (Grant), Keaton Gray (Malory Wigginton), Katherine, Khloe Gray and Julie Turner (Tom).
Memorials may be given to First United Methodist Church or a Charity of Your Choice in her memory.
