She was predeceased by: her parents, Neely Cox and Ida Mae Chandler Cox; her husband James Ona Howell; her children, Brenda Faye Howell, Belinda Kaye Howell, Bonita Stack and Danny Stack; her grandson Wilton Stack Jr.; and her siblings, Louise Bray, Helen Johnson, Alice Cox, Verlon, Vernon and Virgil Cox.
She is survived by: her children, James D. Howell, Bonnie Smith, Jeff Howell and Wilton Stack; her stepchildren, Debbie Howell and Johnny Howell; her grandchildren, Cody Lipford (Rebecca), Holli Howell, Mollie Hurst (Logan), April Kiser, Aaron Kiser, Regina Patterson, Heather Stack and Danny Stack (Kayla); and her sister Grace Dukes of Columbus, GA. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
