He is survived by: his children, Ginia Mullen (Greg) of Toone, Brandy Kelley of Selmer and Tim Kelley (Tara) of Hickory Valley; his sister Barbara Powers of Memphis; his grandchildren, Joey Mullen (Shawna), Jonathan Kelley, Damien Kelley and Roxanna Kelley; his son Coty Kelley (Kristen); his great grandchildren, Hayden Middlecoff, Harper Kelley, Allyson Sipes, Harlie and Tucker Mullen; and his former wife Martha Walls West of Selmer.
