She is survived by: her husband Dale Jeffreys; her sons, Matthew Christopher Jeffreys and Rodger Dale Jeffreys, Jr.; her grandchildren, Chesley Sims (Gage), Aidyn Jeffreys and Katie Beth Sims; and her siblings, Nate Lay, Amy Junot, Pamela Pitre, Shellaine Lisby (Johnny), Connie Lay and Tina Lay.
