She is survived by: her husband Omar Phillip Butzer of Selmer, TN; her son Richard Atlee (Heather) of Johnson City; her sister Jane Hosford of Shelbyville, TN; her stepchildren, Omar Butzer III and Elizabeth Bergam; her close friend George Marquis Smith of Lafayette, LA; and her grandchildren, Traevon Atlee, Alexander Thomas Atlee and Amelia Renee Atlee.
