He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Eaker and Beatrice Tate Eaker; his wife Ruthie Mae Killingsworth; his daughter Peggy Sue McLain; his brothers, John William Eaker and Leonard Irvin Eaker; and his sons-in-law, Bobby Robinson and Kenneth McLain.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Robinson of Lawton, TN and Danita Sims (Anthony) of Stantonville, TN; his sister Charlene Briley (Billy) of Savannah, TN; his grandchildren, Angie Redditt (James), Crystal McLain Poulsen, Michael Hugh Robinson, Ashley Poole (George) and Cassie Matlock; his great grandchildren, Chelsea Plunkett (Michael), David Tucker Hill, Dylan Hill, Nicki Sappington (Billy), Trace Poole, Luci Mae Poole and Conner Matlock; and his great great grandchildren, Chloe Plunkett, Hayden Plunkett, Nevaeh Sappington, Jake Sappington and RJ Sappington.
