It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Watkins (Selmer, Tennessee), born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on September 14, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Williams. She is survived by: her parent Thelma Leona Luster Williams; her friend Phyllis Stewart; her children, Julee Hollomon (Chris) of Selmer, TN, Jonathan Horton (Heather) of Adamsville, TN, Ben Horton (Ashley) of Atlanta, GA, David Horton of San Francisco, CA and Doug Horton of Selmer, TN; and her brother Rob Williams of Alton, IL. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren.
