He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marshall Payne, Sr. and Armanda Belle Bond Payne; his son John Marshall Payne III; and his brother Robert Payne. He is survived by: his daughter Marsha Payne of Selmer, TN; his sister Betty Brown of Texas; his granddaughter Amanda Wallis of Selmer, TN; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Lee Barnes, Joseph Tyler Wallis, Isabella Reign Wallis and Aubree Sky Wallis. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
