He is survived by: his wife Frankie Hill of Selmer, TN; his children, Melanie Hill of Hernando, MS and Justin Hill (Ashley) of Knoxville, TN; and his grandchildren, Reagan and Camden Hill. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
