He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cecil Robbins and Annice Nelms Robbins; and his brother Elbert Joe Robbins. He is survived by: his son Luke Robbins (Alaina) of Ramer, TN; his stepdaughter Lynsey Wiginton of Corinth, MS; and his sisters, Mildred Perry (William) of Rienzi, MS and Marie Grissom of Meridian, MS.
