He is survived by: his children, Crystal Crouse of Bethel Springs, TN, Michael Crouse (Tammy) of Bethel Springs, TN and Jason Crouse of Selmer, TN; his brother Roy Crouse of Hornsby, TN; his grandchildren, Jessica Crouse (Cody Pevytoe), Ginger Crouse (Jessie Tackett), Mika Crouse (Noah Thomas), Jasey Crouse, Karlie Crouse, Alize Davis, Kobe Davis and Lila Davis; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Pevytoe, Emma Tackett, Aubrey Tackett and Huntley Thomas. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
