He is survived by: his wife Arby Whitman of Selmer, TN; his children, Keith Whitman, Ricky Bullock (Carrie) and Felesha Perrigo (Rocky); his sister Sandra Bass (Leon); his sister-in-law Peggy Whitman; his sisters, Barbara Wilson, Brenda Scott and Kay Kiddy; his granddaughters, Kristen Perrigo, Emma Perrigo, Jill Bullock, Brittany Kelso and Tiffany Peters; his great grandchild Kenlee Crouse; his niece Patty Cox; his nephews, Johnny and Jeff Cox; and his close friends, Ramon, Osvaldo and Karla Pineda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
