He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Leonard and Lessie Blanche McGee Leonard; his brother James Troy Leonard (J. T.); and his friend Carolyn Lloyd. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Blackwelder (Dale) of Savannah, TN and Randy Leonard of Largo, FL; the mother of his children Janette DiRenzo; his stepdaughter Misty Romo (Rudy) of Cordova, TN; and his granddaughters, Karley Paige Blackwelder and Audrey Lane Blackwelder.
