She was predeceased by: her mother Lovie Jane "Janie" Hodge Atkinson; her husband Roy Alvis Vandiver; her son Mike Vandiver (Susan); her father John Dewey Atkinson; her siblings, J. D. Atkinson (Sue) and Helen Edmonds (Wess); and her grandson Eric Roy Vandiver.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Vandiver (Gail), John Vandiver (Pam) and Minta Rhodes (Jheri); her daughter-in-law Susan Vandiver; her grandchildren, Scotty Vandiver (Niki), Chris Vandiver (Beth), Ciera Rhodes (Jesse Garner), Chelsea Rhodes, Jesse Vandiver (Ashley), Casey Vandiver (Sheridan) and Gracie McAnnaly; and her great grandchildren, Trinity Vandiver, Lathen Vandiver, Jayden Vandiver, Benjamin Vandiver, Easton Howell, Liam Howell, Dawson Vandiver, Jude Vandiver and Zeb Vandiver. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
