She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Perrigo (Lew) of Bethel Springs; her grandchildren, Jessica D'Orio (Michael), Jennifer Perrigo (Daniel Ragan), John Agnew and James Agnew (Esther); and her great grandchildren, Gabby D'Orio, Matteo D'Orio, Gianna D'Orio, Giuliana D'Orio, Marco D'Orio and Maura D'Orio.
