He is survived by: his sons, Bryce Weatherby of Adamsville, TN, Dalton Weatherby of Adamsville, TN, Andrew Tyler Weatherby of Cookeville, TN and Alex Weatherby; his grandchildren, Aidan Weatherby, Amelia Weatherby and Rowan Weatherby; his fiancée Virginia Brezarich of Selmer, TN; and his brothers, Sammy Duncan of Nashville, TN, Stevie Duncan of Nashville, TN, Scotty Duncan of Nashville, TN, Victor Weatherby of Ashland City, TN, Thomas Ray Weatherby of Ashland City, TN and Gerry Weatherby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
