He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Evelyn Wilson; his spouse Dale Huebner April; his children, Russell Fey (Kelly) of Muscatine, Irene Fey Knapper of DeWitt, Janice Miller (Don) of Muscatine, Mark Fey (KC) of Dixon and Troy Fey (Shanli) of Walcott; his grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob Fey, Brittnay Petersen, Orrin, Owen Knapper, Katelynn, Colton Miller and Corinne Tyler; his sisters, Constance Taylor (Allan) of Mountain View, Diane Douthett (Craig) of Rogers and Barbi Kochis (Don) of Norman, Oklahoma; and his granddaughter Chelsea Fey.
