He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Forest Fowler and Nellie Flippo Fowler; his brother Stanley; his daughter Angie Fowler Jenkins; and his daughter-in-law Lorie Russom Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Crabb; his sons, Shawn Fowler of Eastview, TN, Mark Fowler (Kellie) of Selmer, TN, Matt Fowler (Beth) of Selmer, TN and Chris Jenkins (Sadie) of Rienzi, MS; his grandchildren, Shayne Fowler, Kara-Lea Fowler (Jamie Cooksey), Eli Fowler, Natalie Fowler (Blake Ray), Sawyer Fowler, Lillybeth Fowler, Luke Fowler and Levi Fowler; and his great grandchildren, Cayden Jenkins, Jaxon Jenkins, Brandon Jenkins and Manny Guare.
