It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chris Grissom (Selmer, Tennessee), who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Bill Grissom and Joan Grissom; his wife Kim Grissom; his daughters, Jessica Kiestler (Scotty), Holly Rickman (Matt) and Samantha Pickens (Andy); his sister Joy Grissom; and his grandchildren, Matthew Rickman, Barrett Pickens and Hollis Pickens. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and his second family.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Selmer (160 Cypress Ave, Selmer, TN 38375). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the Oak Hill Cemetery (500 Peach St, Selmer, TN 38375).
