It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettie Cheshier Williams (Selmer, Tennessee), who passed away on April 26, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Thomas and Ruth Mitchell Cheshier; her husband Roy Everett Williams; her daughter Anethia Jean Lewis; and her siblings, Martha Ann Cheshier and Billy Cheshier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angilena Mathis (Bill) of Columbus, GA and Alecia Dawn Lawrence (John) of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, Christy Dawn McGaugh, Shane Lewis (Heidi), Kevin Lee Sawyer, Heather Ashley McGhee (Jason) and Sarah Grace Lawrence; her great grandchildren, Ryan McGaugh, Paula McGaugh, Blake McGhee, Jacob McGhee, Kayden McGhee and Rebekah Sawyer; and her brothers, Danny Cheshier (Ann) of Bolivar, TN, Jerry Neal Cheshier of Bolivar, TN and Jack Smith Cheshier (Molly) of Selmer, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
