It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Teet (Selmer, Tennessee), who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lanie Bell and Eva Irene Baker Pearson; her stepchildren, Dessie Teet, James Teet (Debbie), Ernest Teet (Elaine), Gerrell Teet (Sherry) and Bobby Teet; and her brother Bill Pearson.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Teet-Barber (Lynn) of Bethel Springs, TN, Charles Garmany (Sonya) of Hokes Bluff, AL, Clyde Chesser (Kathy) of Gadsden, AL, Darrell Chesser (Angela) of Southside, Todd Chesser of Selmer, TN, James Chesser of Selmer, TN and David Teet (Jennifer) of Bethel Springs, TN; her stepchildren, Wayne Teet (Mary) of Ohio, Donny Teet of Clarksville, TN, Jack Teet (Colleen) of Clarksville, TN and Sandra Griffith (Patrick) of Hokes Bluff, AL; and her brothers, Lynn Pearson of Selmer, TN, Danny Monroe (Lavon) of Selmer, TN, Willie Hugh Monroe (Debbie) of Clarksville, MS, James Monroe (Vickie) of Bethel Springs, TN and John Wayne Monroe of Selmer, TN. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
