He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ellis of Bethel Springs, TN; his daughters, Wendy Cox (Jason) of Bethel Springs, TN and Amy Jolly (Shane) of Purdy, TN; his grandsons, Jacob Cox (Krista), Ben Cox (Madison) and John Cox; and his brother Jerry Ellis of Gulf Breeze, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
