She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry "Digger" Cox; her son Jeffery Burton; and her brothers, Freddie Wade, Wylie Austin and Harold Wade.
She is survived by: her brother Jimmy Austin (Judy) of Reagan, TN; her children, Judy Moore of Scotts Hill, TN, Ricky Burton (Paula) of Parsons, TN and Tony Burton (Angela) of Scotts Hill, TN; her grandchildren, Tabitha Sampson (Zachary), Shaun Burton (Sarah), Daniel Moore (Michelle), Christopher Burton and Tonya Hall (Allen); and her cousin Diane Mayo. She is also survived by Eleven Great Grandchildren.
