She was predeceased by: her husband Odean Davis; her son James Allen Davis; and her siblings, Cletus, Leo, Franklin, Gene, Glenn Smith, Ruby Wesson, Faye Cooksey and McNeva Holt.

She is survived by: her sons, Paulis Ray Kitchen (Deborah), Eugene Davis (Linda), Terry Davis (Mariellen) and Don Davis (Jennifer); and her brother Gerald Smith. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
