He is survived by: his children, James Tillman (Patsy), Mark Tillman, Annette Scott and Stephanie Arnold (Ken); and his siblings, Jerry Tillman (Janette) and Wilma Hampton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
