With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Yvonne Ellis Hanna (Savannah, Tennessee), born in Clarksdale, Mississippi, who passed away on April 6, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Ellis and Maureen Douglas Ellis; her husband Sam Hanna; her son Quinton Hanna, Jr.; her siblings, Charles Ellis and Ann Ellis Maxwell; and her grandson William Ellis Hanna.
She is survived by: her children, John Hanna (Ginger) of Savannah, Tennessee and Mary Beth Gibb (Robin) of Farnborough; and her grandchildren, Alistair Gibb, Charles Gibb, Lucy Gibb and Zoe Hanna.
Yvonne donated the land for the Veterans Memorial Park and served on the Board of Directors.
