He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Clifton" and Earlene Nolan Riley; his wife Connie Marie Brown; and his brother Melvin Riley. He is survived by: his sons, Todd Riley of Savannah and Rod Riley (Laura) of Atoka, Tennessee; and his grandson John Scola. He is also survived by eleven siblings.
