He is survived by: his children, Joan Tilson (Roger) of Counce, Wilbur Kenney, Jr. (Lisa) of Savannah, Lonnie Kenney (Barbara) of Charleston, Tammy Goheen (Chris) of Adamsville and Jeff Kenney (Robin) of Savannah, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Shane Tilson, Christy Davis, Crystal Kenney, Bethany Barnett, Whitney Walls, Angel Burkhead, Destiny Kenney, Diana Kenney, Devon Kenney, Daniel Kenney, Amanda Beckwith, Hunter Goheen, Jake Kenney and Taylor Kenney. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
