He is survived by: his spouse Annie Margaret Ables; his children, Cheryl Haggard of Savannah, Tennessee, Michael Dale Haggard of Savannah, Tennessee and Christy Anne Haggard Hill of Savannah, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Brandon Woodford, Cameron White and Chelcey Haggard. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
