He is survived by: his parent Velma Laird Collins; his spouse Frances Fonville; his child Michael Collins; his husband Tommy Lynn of Sardis, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Anna Wilbanks, Ali Wilbanks, Matthew Davis, Rebecca Coilo, Grant Isbell and Lori Plunk; his great grandchildren, Briley Isbell, Gage Coilo, Sladen Coilo, Asher Coilo and Hannah Isbell; and his sister Betty Sipes of Cedar Grove.
